Prioritizing your top three. Now if you've been following me for a while, you've heard me mention doing your top three for the day, for the week, for the month.
But today, today's episode and activity is more than just choosing your top three tasks. It's about them fitting into the top three categories that are going to make you a more productive human being, a more present mother, business owner, all of the things. This is what you need to do. You need to prioritize your top three to make sure they're fitting into these three categories.
The three P's. Are you ready? Profit, productivity, and personal growth. Now you don't need to have one of each category every single day. This is going to depend on the energy of the day where your focus is, but hear me out because this is going to help you become so much more productive. In everything that you do, in every fucking way possible, and it's going to help you gain more profit, become more productive, and grow on a personal level.
You guessed it! You're actually going to benefit in all these three areas by doing these things, categorizing into these three categories. Because where we place our focus, like where we're putting our energy, wherever we direct our energy into, is where we place our power. And if you're watching right now on YouTube, you're going to see I have myself hooked up on the wrists.
In case you're wondering what I'm doing with my hands and what this is, this is one of the ways that I help myself and prioritize my health. So we'll get into that in a minute, but this is my fancy little heely. So I'll show you if you're on YouTube, you're going to see it here, but I'll get into that. So in case you're wondering what these cords are, no, I'm not on a heart monitor.
I'm not fresh out of the hospital or nothing. It's just part of my microcurrent therapy. Okay. So let's start with an energetic assessment. As always in these activities, we're going to do a quick little energetic assessment because that assessment is going to establish how you're going to apply this activity and what you're going to do with it this week.
Energetic assessment. Where are you feeling heavy, limited, or stuck? You want to ask yourself this every week. Every week on Monday, we're going to ask, where am I feeling heavy, limited, or stuck?
Are you in the energy of trying to make it work? Because we're not doing that anymore. Newsflash! 2024! We aren't doing that anymore. We're not in the energy of making it work. We're in the energy of getting our fucking shit done and making shift happen. Okay, so NABU! NABU! No more making it work. We're making that shit work for us.
So I want you to go beyond, into the vision of you. Okay, where you're going, who you are aiming to become, and you are only going to accept what serves that vision and aligns with your mission as that being. You are on the quest of becoming. If that higher self, that version of you in the future that you are striving so hard to work towards, one that's achieved all the goals that you've set for yourself right now, that million dollar Fucking big boss, beauty business bitch up there who's got time to travel, play with her kids, is doing all the things, whatever that looks like for you.
What would she allow? What would she do? What would your future self stand for? And how does she choose to lead herself? And what does she prioritize? Because if your priorities and profit productivity and personal growth don't align with what she would choose? You're just repeating the same shit as you are right now.
It's like that saying, what got you to here isn't gonna get you to there, right? We need to start being aware and mindful of the actions we need to take and the micro steps we need to make in order to make those big moves and make those big dreams happen. I want you to look at your past habits. Now, we're not shaming them, there's no shame here, but I want you to reassess and become mindful.
I am the mindfulness expert because we need to learn to become mindful so we can We can make the most of these beautiful, magnificent brains that we have. So where do you fall off that productivity train? Because I know you're really good at getting jacked as fuck. It's like when I go on my Michael sprees.
If you're not in Canada, I think they got Michaels in the States. If they don't, it's like. Joannes or something. I think I've referred to it in another episode, but I like to go to the craft store and I'll get in like these zones or these moods. I'm like, I'm going to learn macrame. And I like buy all these different kinds of cording and colors.
And I, I, sorry, I remember staying there with my friend once. And she's like, are you falling down a rabbit hole? Cause I was holding all this stuff. And I was like, this is like hundreds of dollars of shit. And I don't know how to do this yet. She's like, why don't we get like one cord and a book and start there?
Okay. Cause we get really excited about something. We want to do something new. We want to create. That's what we do. We're artists. We're creators. We thrive on our creativity and our curiosity and that's what feeds us. We get fucking bored. We get bored. Even if it's something we love to do, we get bored.
Even when I was a tattoo artist and I worked tattooing full time, I had like this great disdain for tribal black work. Not, no, like first of all, that tribal black work, like you want to talk about cultural appropriation, like some of that shit was just black squiggles, just random blacks with all the rage.
All the rage! Random black school, especially if it looked kind of like butterfly wings or like some tribal black I know that some people out there probably have tribal tattoos. That's okay. It was a it was a it was a season. It was a fad and like, people were in it. But for me to sit there and just color solid black for hours Oh, Delilah to color solid black for hours.
I love coloring, but like, it would honestly make me want to fall asleep. I did not have mental stimulation. I need color blends. I need line work. I need, I would get bored and I loved tattooing. I loved what I did. And there's still like a lot to be mindful of as we're working, but we get bored or I'd find like after that three to four hour mark when I'm working, I used to work like 10, 12 hour shifts, tattooing multiple clients and doing all the Things when I started working on pieces that took longer than four hours.
It's not that I didn't care about my work, but you almost kind of lose interest. Like you're kind of over it, right? Just like in college, when you're working on a painting forever, if you're not in that hyper fixation mode, like when you want to go clean out your fucking closet and you're like, yeah, let's do this.
And you halfway through and you've got a mess of clothes around. You're like, I don't know if I'm going to do this anymore. Like we get bored with the dopamine hit wears off. So we need to find ways to continually feed that high that keeps us happy, right? I'm not condoning doing a bunch of drugs and shit.
I mean, if you do, that's on you, but I'm not, that's not what I'm saying here. But we need to learn to manage our energy so we can actually work through these old habits and figure out where this behavioral pattern is that we're falling off that productivity train. Because we all start off strong and then we lose steam. So, is it because things are getting too hard as you're going up the mountain, right, are you just you're chugging along you're just like oh okay like I'm tired and because you like to burn bright you burn out and then you've got no steam left start rolling backwards.
Is it because. You've bitten off too much, like more than you can chew, like you kind of jumped all in without any support and now you're just like holy fuck free falling and it was a little bit farther than you thought. Hit the belly flop when you did the cliff dive, you know, like what, what are the excuses that come up for you?
So, look at your initial motivation. What was motivating you? The idea, the excitement, what caused that excitement? Like, not just like, I want to make more money. We all want to make more money. But what excited you about doing it that way? What made you want to talk to that person? What made you want to pick up that medium?
What is it that started that motivation? And then what excuse did you start to tell yourself when you started to slow down? Like my morning walks. I told myself it's too cold, I don't want to walk in the winter. Well, it's like 13 degrees out here and we have no snow, which is very strange because it was minus 41 last year, Celsius, at this time of year.
It was like, well, that's a really shitty excuse. I fell off the wagon because I didn't want to wake up early because I was tired because I was staying up too late playing video games with my husband. See how, how that deconstructs a little bit? I want you to start getting really honest about what the excuses are you're telling yourself.
It's not too cold. I was too tired. Why was I too tired? Because I was in the habit of staying up late, not going to bed on time, not leading myself by example. You need to take a look at why you stopped showing up and what started slowing you down. Cause that is what you're going to address. That's the energy leak.
That's the block that's keeping you stuck. And it's going to fall into one of these three categories. Everything we're doing is falling into these three categories. So when you start taking responsibility for your actions, this, this is a lifeline, you guys, this like, you know when that show wants to be a millionaire, like you have your lifelines.
Taking responsibility for your own actions and for your own healing and for your own devotion to move through these blockages is the lifeline, not only for you as a person to function in life, but this is the lifeline to your business. If you're not taking action, and you're not being productive towards profit, productivity, or personal growth, your business is going to die.
If you're not making money, and you're not getting anywhere, shit's dead in the water. You've wasted your time, you've wasted your money, all of your worst fears have come true. And none of that has to happen as long as you hold yourself accountable and actually prioritize your shit. It's really that simple.
We overcomplicate it so much. I want you to remember that without growth, Is death. Just like that saying, if you're not growing, you're dying. Your business is dying. If it's not growing, you need to fight, figure out where this bottleneck is and you need to address it.
It is your responsibility to fix this. And it's not in the efforts of making it work. We're not just going to keep building shitty life rafts to keep, like, plugging along. No, you need to break down what's not fucking working, smash it all down, and start fresh from the foundations up. If it's not working, fix it.
Prioritize having a strong foundation and moving forward. Instead of shaming yourselves for wanting to do all of these things. Okay, we do that. We shame ourselves. Why can't I just do this one thing? Why can't I be happy with this? Why can't I just do this? Because that's not what you are. It's not your work.
So it's like shaming yourself and beating yourself up. That's not helping you grow. That's not helping you progress. That's not making you any money. Fucking throw it away. Doesn't fit into these three categories. You just need to prioritize all of these things. You can do all the things. You can lean into one thing, lean out of another, you can play, you can move back and forth, you can try one thing, throw it away, pivot.
You are the creator of your own destiny, of your own business, of your own strategies. But the strategy that's going to work for you right now is prioritizing the shit out of what you want next. If it's a launch plan, if it's clients, if it's, what is it? Find your focus, and then apply it to one of these three categories.
This is what's going to help keep that hype, that excitement, that hype in your hyperfixation. You want to be excited to dive the fuck into what you're doing, so you need to prioritize your tasks this way. This is how you're going to manage that crazy, beautiful brain. It's also going to help you create from a space of joy and love for what you do, and when you have joy and love behind what you do, when you lead with love.
Universe only rewards you. Otherwise, if you don't prioritize your tasks this way, it's gonna feel like a burden, right? Like,
It ends up feeling like, just get it done. It's like, get it done. Just get it done and get it finished. If you start off strong, that's, I'm just going to get done, get it finished. Well, then it's never, you're ever happy with it. You're ever happy that you did. And you know, you cheated yourself. It's kind of like in spin class.
And that last minute when you're like, you just want to sit through that last one. You're like, no, you make yourself stand up and finish off strong. Be like, you do it. You do it. You prove that you did what you could today. That get it done energy, just like not the excited, get it done. Just like, okay, let's just fucking get it done and move on.
That is not serving your vision. Is that what your future self would want? Instead of thinking of perfecting it, I want you to think of progress. Don't think perfect. Think progress. Am I making progress? Not am I perfect? Am I doing a good, am I doing a good enough? Well, ask yourself, did I make progress today?
And if not, why didn't you make progress today? What held you back? What distracted you? What excuses did you make? Let's dive into these three categories a little bit to give you a better idea of what's going on here. So profit, category number one, profit. Ask yourself. These are all journaling prompts and I want you to literally get a pen and paper.
You can type it in notes app, but I find it's never the same. I want it out of your head and into reality. So get a pen and paper while you're listening to this. Or replay this when you're able to do this, and I want you to ask yourself these questions in the profit category. Does this investment, time, energy, or money investment, it can be any one of those three, create an opportunity for more money to flow into your business?
Because if you're spending money on something that's not going to actually make you money, you're just wasting money. So, and if you, as you justify it, write down the reason you're justifying it, and then reassess that reason. Is it true? Or is that what you're telling yourself? Like, is the new car gonna make you money, or is it something for you?
And be honest, there's no shame either way, but you need to be clear on what the intentions are and what your priorities are. Is that new vehicle gonna get you what you need to go get? You know what I mean? Now, if we're looking at stock, common habit with beauty business owners, is this new dive on this website or Amazon, whatever you're on, you're looking at all these fancy new pigments.
Are your pigments expiring? Why do you want these new pigments? Are they a different kind of pigment you want to play and explore with? Like, are you switching from an organic lime like Permablend and you want to get more into the inorganics like Biotech? Is there a reason for your switch? Is it going to make you more money because you're doing less corrections?
You're going to have more clients, better retention, because they're going to have consistent touch ups and follow ups and be able to like address their brows over the years appropriately so it matches their face. You're not having to go through a lot of removals. Like, what are the reasons? They can, the list can go on.
I'm just yammering because these are things I've asked myself. When I wanted to become a distributor, it's like, do I just want to buy the pigment or distribute it? And I was like, no, this aligns with my mission and it will make me more money in the long run to make this thousands and thousands of dollars investing in these pigments and bring them to Canada.
Not only does it serve my school and my students and my PMU community, I'm also creating. Better quality service for my clients, which will then in turn get me more referrals, which then in turn will have more people talking about it and then also make money off distribution. So you see how that decision was profit based, but still in service, not greed.
It created opportunity for money to flow into my business. When you want to look at hiring a coach, or you want to look at hiring a mentor, or you want to take a program, it's really easy to fall into the, I just need to learn more. Is learning more right now going to make you more money or is it going to take time away from the efforts in filling your books and marketing the services you already have because we love, we love to fall into the certification hole.
We love it. We're like, Ooh, a new skill. Ooh, a new skill. Now, if this new skill fills time that you have, for example, if you're a brow artist, you've got like weird little time slots in your schedule that you kind of want to make a couple extra bucks in. You want to add like an add on service. That's not a huge investment.
Things like henna brows. You can do Browhenna and you can fill those slots or have people come and do Browhenna that aren't sure about PMU and have it like transition into Browse. If it goes with your business plan and what you're focusing on now and focusing on next, that's a good investment. Do you need to learn all the things right now, or do you learn one new skill that's exciting you, and then promote, market, build case studies, while still doing the skill that you know right now, because that's your bread and butter, you know that skill, and then build awareness for this next one, so you can shift and play, then you can market in seasons, I want to do brows this time, I want to do lips this time, it gives you flexibility within one minute.
Like one area of, so if you're a specialist in brows and lips, now you get to play with brows or lips. And then maybe you add paramedical like I did when I do brows, lips and paramedical. So I can have different seasons for different things I want to do. See how you create your own multi, I can handle it all without burning out because I get to, I get to switch and swap between, and I can also sell the same service to the same client and create an even better experience for them.
It's kind of a one stop shop. So in turn feeds my profit. Is this starting to make sense where you can connect the dots here? Or am I just rambling? I mean, I do ramble, but these are, these are the questions I do ask myself when I'm prioritizing my tasks or my investments or my energy. My time, my energy is worth a lot because a lot of people need it from me.
All right. A lot of people need it from me. I've got one on one coaching clients. I've got semi group coaching clients. I've got students. I've got staff. I've got team members. I've got you guys around the world listening to this. My time, energy, and money needs to go towards my mission and what I'm creating and what I, what I'm putting out there.
So like this podcast, how does it feed my profit category? Well, this podcast is free, but it is a way to make money. It is something that can be monetized. It's going to grow my audience, it's going to grow awareness. Feeds the profit category. So, moving on, you're going to ask yourself now, so is it making you money?
Now you're going to ask, what isn't making me money now? Where am I not making the most of my time versus? the return for it. Like there's everyone says stop trading your time for money. No, we're all trading our time for money in some fashion, but you want to make sure you're making the most of the time that you're putting in and you're getting the value out of that.
Where can you save on costs without compromising service? Where can you be? More present and make more of an effort to grow a product or service or awareness. How can this become a season for growth? Or maybe it's a season for gain.
If you're in the profit category, you need to decipher. Is this a growth? Make account growth season. Like you want money coming in. We always want money coming in, but there's seasons for growth and season for gain. So like your season for growth is your launch season, your season of selling and your season for gain.
That's like, you're putting the money in effort in now in order to gain the awareness, to gain the reputation, to gain money coming in and residual income you want, there's, there's two sides to it. So what side is it fulfilling one of those two things? And if it isn't, can you put it the fuck down and bring, come back to it later.
It's so important to focus on good cash habits that are money making activities first. If you're not making money doing that today, then you're not getting ahead. Because money is the oxygen to your business. If your business isn't making money, it's fucking suffocating.
This cash habit I like to call future casting. Future casting is one of the cash habits I really focus on with my private coaching clients.
So future casting is getting out of that mindset of if I'm not working on a client, I'm not making any money. You can sell into the future. I remember thinking that if I wasn't. Getting paid. Like if I got paid in full up front, then I wouldn't make any money that day because the money was already paid in front.
It's just like when you sell a gift card, it's like, well, now I'm working for free when they come in. Like, that's a fucked up mindset, money up front. You want money up front. You want to secure that you want money now, not money later. If you have an option to get money now instead of later, you best get that money.
Now you invite that money into you right now. When you sell into the future, just because I have someone come in, that's prepaid for a service. I can still sell. Okay. Other services in the future. I can still sign up coaching clients for the next semester. It's like, Oh, I filled my four spots. Now I'm fucked.
I can't make any money for the next eight weeks till I'm done with these clients. Uh, no, I just sell the next eight weeks that I have open. So we're always future casting. And in order to do that, you have to understand that sales is a conversation and a commitment. And this is all primarily done on social media.
This is what's feeding this profit category. So with this task or time, energy or money, if this isn't feeding a conversation that's going to promote your sales or your awareness or your standout on social media, this is, we're all constantly creating content in order to convert clients and cash flow. So if you're not future casting, if this priority, Is not being met, fucking toss it.
If it's costing you money and you're not getting shit back, it's not working for you. It's not working for you. Productivity. All right, bringing it back. Am I spending more time learning on how to do this rather than actually doing the thing? Because we love, we're multi passionate. We love to learn all the things and try all the things and get excited and fall into knowledge holes.
But if you're in a knowledge hole and like, I need to learn more, I need to know more, pardon me. And you're not actually moving the needle. It's not feeding the productivity category. You're just stalling. You're just finding something else to do instead of doom scrolling. You're just doom diving.
Productivity, question number two, body doubling, right? Now ask yourself, because we like to body double for useless tasks that are boring, but I want you to think of body body doubling in a new way. Do I need to be doing this? This question is so hard for people. Do I need to be doing this? Does it bring me joy?
Does it light me the fuck up? Can I outsource this or hand it off if it's making me feel frustrated or annoying or it's just not working for me? This isn't just being lazy. Like if you consistently, for example, I can't remember to do everything, I need people to do things for me. This is support. You need the support to be productive.
I need a bookkeeper to do my books. I need an accountant to do my year end. I need staff to manage and maintain the studio space. Right. I can do all those things, but my energy is being used elsewhere. If your energy is not constantly being split up. You can do 10 different things and give 10 percent to all of those different things.
Or, you can focus on 2 3 things and give 50 30 percent on those things. So the more attention you give something, the quicker it gets done. The more productive you're going to be. And that's why it's so important to set your day up and your week up with the idea of, am I aiming for profit? Am I aiming for productivity?
Like, am I getting shit done? Am I finishing stuff up? Am I starting something? Like, where are you putting your energy? Because where you place your energy is where you place your power. And where you place your power is where, well, that's where your shit's going to go. It's just if you're, that's, that's the fuel that's driving you.
Now let's talk efficiency. Can I lessen the trial and error phase because we're always trying shit out. Like we never really know what we're actually doing as entrepreneurs. You have a good idea of where we want to go, but you got, you got to try shit out, see if it works for you. Cause what works for someone else isn't going to work for you.
And then you'll do stuff and be like, Oh yeah, I'm going to do this. You go into it. You might actually really love it. And you're like, dude, I love fucking editing videos. Okay, cool. I don't. I find it really tedious and time consuming. It makes me want to smash my phone. So I take all the video, but I have someone else edit it.
Or if I do edit it, I know I have to be in like a good headspace where my kids aren't talking to me or bugging me. Like when with my children, I can't do those kinds of tasks. It just doesn't work. There's two different frequencies operating. I cannot meld the two or I have a minor meltdown. Or a big blowout, either way.
So I want you to start asking yourself, how can I lessen the trial and error phase? We all got to go through it, but is it worthwhile seeking professional guidance or mentorship so that you can cut down on the mistakes that you need to make to get there? Can you learn from someone else's mistakes? Can you save yourself the time and the energy and the frustration?
Is it something you can outsource? Just because you can doesn't mean you have to. Like, I am, I, I'm a designer. I'm an artist. I have a fucking bachelor degree. I know how to use Kajabi. I can figure shit out like that. Do I need to build all my landing pages myself? Like, honestly, I just want to type out the text and have someone else fucking upload it at this point.
Like, I know how to do it, but. It's an extra hour or two of time that I can put towards something else, like recording episodes, or getting inspired, or creating crystal activations, or whatever the fuck it is that I want to do. My energy, my creative energy, can be used towards something else in that time than, like, getting this shit done.
We're not just about getting it done. Sometimes you got to pull up your bootstraps and go do the damn thing, but if it's serving one of my three categories, if me poots to ground is going to make me more productive and get me more profit. And help that personal growth. It checks those three boxes. Damn rights.
I'm going to fucking do it. But if it's not feeding my energy to keep it going and then I start falling off, that's not helping me. And lastly, with productivity, I want you to ask yourself what is aligned with my current strategy and intention? Cause You can do all the things just like when I do my videos.
I want to talk about all the things. I want to teach you about branding. I want to teach you about strategy. I want to teach you about clients. I want to teach you about there's pricing. I want to teach you. I could talk about all the shit, but you'd be so overwhelmed and so confused. Right now we want to get really intentionable, intentionable.
I always say intentionable. I kind of have to make that into a fucking shirt or something. Anyways if it's not aligned with your current strategy and intentions for what you're selling and what's coming up next, then it doesn't serve the focus of this month or this week or this day or this quarter. If it doesn't serve that focus, if it's not feeding that directive, it needs to be moved.
Doesn't need to be forgotten, doesn't need to be thrown in the garbage, but if it's not Serving the purpose right now, you need to table it for later. You don't want to forget it, so make sure you write it down or put it on a post it note on your wall so it doesn't go into the ether and never to return.
This is why it's so important to make time in order to make money. You have to make the time to be intentional, to make a strategy, to be productive in order to gain the profit. This is exactly why I've created my Time Hacking Masterclass. Because we need to take control of our time and schedule ourselves in order to unlock that true CEO status.
Like that six figures and beyond, fucking, we're on our way to millionaire CEO status. We can't just accept the, this is what it means to work for myself. Just I'll just do it myself because, you know, especially as a mother. Whether you're mother to children, like skin babies, or fur babies, or you're mother to your business, it doesn't mean that you have to be a hot mess and just fucking survive.
Like, there are times when we go into survival mode and we just get the shit done. Like, I always say that's why I wear yoga pants, because it's a fucking physical activity chasing my children around. But, you need to get out of that idea of, this is just what it is. Because you get to devote yourself and operate in your best energy.
You get to choose how the fuck you want to show up today. You get to choose. You do. You get to choose how to show up with stability and consistency. So when you make time to make your business work for you, and you make time for yourself in your schedule, that's how you make more productivity or make the moves to be more productive, I should say, or how you make more profit or how you make those personal gains and growth and heal.

Which is going to in turn help you grow into that CEO that you want to be so badly, because I know, you know, it's in you, you have the drive, you're obsessed, like you're fucking obsessed.

This is where we're going to create from catharsis. So catharsis, I was obsessed with this word. I was having a bath the other night and it came to me and I was like, cathartic, cathartic. I just kept hearing the word cathartic. Well, catharsis is the process of releasing and thereby providing relief from strong or repressed emotions.
So catharsis is, is Healing and releasing, which that is what gives us the relief, the ability and the space for ourselves to move forward, to expand, to create, to explore. So you have to be in a space where you are creating from a process of releasing, because if you're just creating for the sake of creating or to please somebody else, and it's not feeding you in your emotional state, it's not actually going to get you anywhere.
It's not feeding your personal growth. You're doing it for someone else, and you're falling victim to that whole people pleasing disease, which is adding to your TMTD. Which is the too much to do because now you're doing shit for them and not for you. You need to be all in on yourself in order to show up all in for what you want to do.
If you're not all in for you, boo, it ain't going to fucking work. So you think of it this way. You're an energetic being, your soul, your aura are equal participants in setting your priorities. So ask yourself, does this serve you and who you're becoming that future self that transformation that's taking place?
Or is this just another distraction? In order to do all of this personal growth, people often feel or not just people, I mean, me, I, we often feel like, okay, we're responsible for personal growth. We were responsible. And you're trying to do all the things and do it all yourself. But when you are going through this catharsis and this releasing and.
You know, there's a lot of repressed emotions and healing and traumas. Like we're human beings, we've gone through shit. A lot of us who are multi passionate and creative, like we have a story there. It's our outlet. Our creativity is our outlet. That's why we're so obsessed. That's why we need to live here.
It's our form of meditation. It's what keeps us sane. But doing it all on your own isn't benefiting your personal growth just because you're trying to strive for personal growth on a personal level does not mean that you do not need support. You do. It is 100 percent necessary for you to have support in order to scale your business and in order to make progress.
In your own healing, in your own growth, whether you need to see a therapist, whether you have, um, a business coach, whether you have staff to support you, whether you have social media manager to help you show up and stay consistent online, whether you have bookkeeping accountants to keep everything flowing right on the back end, your physical health, do you have a personal trainer, do you have a yoga instructor, there's always some form of support in order for you to get ahead in your personal growth.
And don't forget about family and community. You know, my husband has supported me in so many ways. He is my best friend. He is a lover. He is my, he's on a spiritual level. We are, we were fucking twin flames. Like we were meant to be together, but without, he is the balance that I need to stay grounded in this world.
He is the logical left brain one. And I am the craziest fuck right brain all over the place. But he helps keep me grounded and he helps me see where there's gaps that need to be bridged. He helps keep me on track. He is one of my support support systems. We all have that person. That we kind of like brain dump on the best friend or a business bestie.
And I have a community. I have a community of leaders out there in many different areas, but like badass business BFFs are my community. And I've also worked very hard to build a community in my local community with other local business women and entrepreneurs and beauty bosses. And I'm really about community over collaboration because that support that sphere of success that you create.
When you sit down at the table and create space for others. We all in turn support one another and we end up helping each other shine brighter. No one burns out by lighting another candle from their own. It just shines brighter. We bring more light into the world. And that support is going to help you with your personal growth.

And I needed to explain these three categories fully because I am an overgiver.

I want you to really lean into your most abundant version of yourself. Because that's who you're becoming. What's, what is possible?
Those people you watch online that make you feel jealous, that jealousy and envy is just showing you what's possible for you and where you're able to go. So we're going to lean into that possibility. And if there's someone you are jealous of or someone that's kind of triggered you lately, I want you to kind of think of them for a minute and we're going to really channel.
Ametrine, which is actually it's stone. That's a combination of amethyst and citrine. If you don't have ametrine, you can hold amethyst and citrine, or you can go find some amethyst and citrine. Even if you try and pull up a picture of it and channel it, you can try and do it that way. But they're super common crystals.
If you don't have them as an entrepreneur, I definitely definitely recommend getting some. I like to have some at my studio workspace and I have some at home that I work with or carry them with you. That's fine. You can get necklaces, you get bracelets, whatever. But for the purpose of this, I want you to really either hold it up at your throat, your chest, at your heart, or right over your belly, right over your solar plexus.
And we're really going to channel the energy of this ametrine crystal. So before we do the activation, we're gonna channel this ametrine. Keep a clean breath. I want you to put one hand on your belly, wherever you hold the crystal is fine. If you're holding two, put the amethyst at your heart and the citrine on your belly
and the nose and sigh it out. Let me do that four times. Might feel a
little bit of a tingle as the amethyst activates your third eye. I feel some butterflies, but I want you to kind of focus on breathing it down into your belly, belly expanding. So we activate that chakra. So, you know, amethyst is an incredible energy transmuter. It helps you calm and stimulate your mind as necessary.
Like it's really good at deciding and deciphering what needs to happen for you. It helps you feel less scattered and more focused and in control. So really lean into that energy. I want you to work with this crystal throughout the rest of this week. It's going to improve your motivation, your memory, and it's going to help you set realistic goals.
So this is really important when setting your intentions. And amethyst helps us release anger, fear, helps us release any like rage, because we could kind of rage you when shit's not going our way, or we're trying to. Operate what's not serving us. Anger, rage, and fear are signs of what's not working for you and that you're trying to make it work.
So we're gonna release that.
And we're gonna process a little bit of loss. Because we often grieve what we didn't get done or things we didn't complete in life. We go down these like horrendous doubt spirals that bring up a lot of shit. So the amethyst is gonna help us process all that. Kind of like a filter. And when using ametrine with the citrine, so amethyst and citrine, again, if you don't have ametrine use amethyst and citrine together, we're balancing this feminine intuitive energy of the amethyst.
We're amplifying it with the balanced masculine energy of citrine. And with this is the doing and the creating, it's like a boost, a balance and boost. smoothie for your soul. This is going to help you clear the stress and the tension from your head. It's going to calm your mind and it's going to help you with those headaches that you're getting when you're like clenching and overstressing and you haven't got your Botox because you're worried about spending money on yourself.
So I don't need to go book myself some more Botox. This is what's going to help you focus. This is going to harmonize your perception and your action and like have that Remember that actionable intention I was talking about? We're going to have that AI. This is your AI. We're going to bring that forward.
We're going to help strengthen your concentration, help you think things through but not overthink. I really like to hold both of these. If you're like sitting down and you're setting yourself up for the day and you're in a habit of overthinking and getting overwhelmed, hold amethyst and citrine, one in each hand, and sit with it for a second and then start writing.
What's happening that day. I want you to like use them to boost your energy and your ability to set yourself up and set your intentions. It's going to help you come up with creative solutions, release those blockages and negative emotions and expectations. All of anything that's not facilitating this transformation, like this big vision.
It's also going to help grant you the insight towards the underlying causes of the stress or resistance you're experiencing in those patterns that are making you fall off your motivation train. You need to start recovering from those cycles of burnout you've put yourself through so many times before.
And that's why the solar plexus breathing is so important. So when you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed and you're trying to do all this stuff and you're worried, I want you to put your hands on your belly. I like to put one on my heart, one on my belly,
just do it with me now. I am safe. I am safe to show up as I am. In my power, I am strong and capable of achieving all that I desire. My actions breed clarity and attract more money to me now. Those are your mantras for the week. I want you to write them down every day. I am safe to show up as I am in my power.
Throw in a I am powerful, why not? I am strong and capable of achieving all I desire. Underline all that I desire my actions breed constant abundance, clarity. Prosperity and attract more money to me. Now write those down where I set your intentions, pick your top three tasks and make sure those top three tasks are serving how you're showing up for that day.
Are you going for profit? Are you going for productivity? Are you going for personal growth? If you want to do a little of each, that's fine. I highly recommend having at least one profit action. And then if you want to do two in another area, that's fine, but you need those top three tasks and those productivity tasks.
They can include mundane, simple tasks like Getting your dishes done, getting your laundry done, cleaning up a space in your home for you to operate, those all contribute to your productivity and your personal growth, and how you set up the intention for the rest of your day. Because if those things, checked off, create the ability and the space for you to continue to create.
Fully with full intention, personal growth, whether it's meditating, doing yoga, working out, creating a sacred space, that's all personal growth related, which can in turn make you profit. So I want you to be mindful on what actions are you taking? What top three tasks are you making? And are they serving one of your three P's profit, productivity, or personal growth.
